10. Returns: (i) The Customer may ask to change the size of the product, provided that it has not been assembled, damaged or soiled. In order to do this, the Customer must send an email to the following address sales@lasso-shoes.com and sends, at its own expense, the product to the following address

11. (ii) If the product is defective, Lasso will replace it with an identical model (subject to availability; failing this the Customer will be fully reimbursed). The product must be sent to the following address

at Lasso’s expense.

11. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right, without having to give a reason, and without any charge, to exercise its right of withdrawal from the product(s) ordered on the website within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the product(s). The date on the carrier’s delivery receipt will attest to this. The Customer must complete the form provided at the end of these GTC and return it either by

• email at the following email address: sales@lasso-shoes.com

Once the Customer has exercised its right of withdrawal it must return the new product(s), in their original packaging, within fourteen (14) days following the dispatch date of the Customer’s withdrawal letter or email. The costs of returning the product(s) will be borne by the Customer. Lasso undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the returned product(s) and the delivery costs to the card used at the time of payment within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the date on which Lasso receives the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
